Fever not dropping
In morning i took dolo 650 with combiflame and within an hour my fever dropped from 102.6 to 98.9. It remained effective for about 6-7 hours then again my fever rised to 102.3 , this time i took dolo 650 but my fever is not dropping from last 2.5 hours. Is it ok if i take combiflame again with dolo 650? Pls suggest. Tomorrow i'll go for rtpcr test but today i need something to get rid of this fever . Pls help

You will need repeated doses of Paracetamol. Please also take Tab Pantaprazole D .

You can repeat the dolo for last one time as already too much paracetamol has been taken through out the day. Consider sponging to bring down fever as well. To consult post rtpcr reports
