  4. Fever neck body pain. Me what to do now!

Fever neck body pain
From 1 week having problem fever at every n8 and feel cold while having fever but below 100 temperature and body neck pain also and after sometime get reliefalso after taking medicine but feel very week after that, taking paracetamol and Augmentin 625 twice daily from 3 days as adviced by General doctor near my home but not get proper relief please suggest me what to do now
