102 fever n vomiting of 4.5 year kid.. V r travelling hence plz suggest medicine which can help him sure in a day or 2. Whatever he eats he vomits

Hello.. Well..te fever is high...I would suggest you to start paracetamol 5 ml and also give tepid sponging...monitor temperature every 6 hours...apart from that also give syrup ondem 5 ml for now..and we need to examine the kid first...thank you

Give him syrup Ondem 5 ml for vomiting and show to near by pediatrician as soon as possible. For fever give paracetamol.
