Fever mild cough
Hey my 2 years old son has fever from today morning and also mild coughing. I am giving him paracetamol in every 6 hours but his fever comes back. Should i visit a doctor ?

We have to find out the cause of fever!Is cold cough is there? How the child is behaving, playfuland taking feeds and other nutrition? If platful, taking and eating well, relax. If he does not respond then must see doctor physically.

Continue syp paracetamol one more day .if baby looking sick consult immediately.
