Doctor, my son is 1.7 yrs old and from the last 3 days he is having fever and cough. Fever is around 100-101 and cough and congestion is severe.. Ongoing medication is Calpol-120 6ml twice daily, Azithral 100 (1time), cough syrup Kedex Junior (twice daily). Fever is fluctuating and at night cough get serious. Kindly advise what else can be done and if the provided medicines are sufficient and dosages are right. Thank you.

Hello, Syp. Calpol 120mg 7ml 6th hrly ( 4 times a day), cough Syp three times a day, continue Azithral and add syp. Maxtra 5ml twice a day… maintain hydration.
