Fever starting at evening from 3 days
My son is 5 yr old. He is having fever from 1st jan that too fever starting at evening we consulted doctor she gave crocin and said normal viral fever only no other symptoms.. But the fever is coming in the evening only after giving medicine it is reducing and in the mornings he is not having any temperature.. Why only in evening is it normal or should we do any checkups.. Please suggest

Give plenty of fluids
Make temperature chart.
If persistent fever visit physically to nearby pediatrician.
