Fever issue
Hi , My father is suffering fever and weakness from yesterday morning. He is taking paracetamol 650 . Currently fever grade is 100.52 F . Actually i am fearing this issue like it is malariya, dengue etc . Can you guide me .

Any other symptoms ??? Any travel history ?? History of contact with infected/sick individual ? If not then can be Malaria, Dengue,Viral fever etc.
Next Steps
Continuous fever monitoring Keep the patient hydrated very well.Also can give ORS to cover the weakness factor. Continue Dolo 650 for a week Can also use cold water sponging if fever rises to a much higer degree. Can get the required tests done for malaria , dengue in the nearest healthcare setup if needed.
