Fever(is it flue or something else?)
So today at 4 am i have fever not so high just a little one like 98.9° was the maximum temperature but still I'm feeling feverish i don't know if its a fever or not and I'm having urge to go Washroom not so much time but i little bit

I think only you are very sure that you are sick. At least after reading your description I could not make out if you are really sick and if you really need medicine.
