Fever in Pregnancy
Hi, my wife is 3 months pregnant. She is having mild fever and headaches. I want to know that what kind of medicine she can take to reduce fever and other symptoms? She is currently taking Folic Acid tablet and dydrogesterone 10mg tablet.

She can have paracetamol, Vit C, Folic acid. She should not take antibiotics without consulting the Gynaecologist.

She can take tb Dolo 650 mg sos .it will help in reducing fever and headache both .it is safe in pregnancy
Next Steps
If fever is more than 100 degree,consult physician.then she may require blood tests

She can take Tab paracetamol 500 mg for fever,headache. Consult with your local gynecologist too.

U have to consult directly to a doctor and u  have to first know the reason why fever need to do some tests
