Dear Sir / Mam , As my wife 18th week 5 days prgnt and she is suffering from fever from yesterday night , now she is feeling feverish Pls Suggest can we use fever tab Dolo during Pregnancy , And she is getting black stool (total black ) Is there any issue ,Pls give your valuable info about on this As she is under some medication for pregnancy already 1.thyroxine 2.Folic 3 .Safe. 9 4 Calium tab 5 .PAN D With Digest Syrup

Hi. Yes for fever dolo650mg can be taken twice a day after food . Ask her to drink plenty of water also . Iron tab can cause black colored stools . If there is no nausea or vomiting can stop Pan D .
