My daughter has cold and fever 99.5 .it's been 4days has given medicine for cold still cold fever is not coming down .it's 99 to 99.5 .how long does it take fever to come down

Now the weather is cold so body temp might be little high so don't worry ....If fever more than 99.5F then only consider it as fever and give syrup calpol as per weight
