Fever in 5 year old boy
Sir my 5 year old son sir my concern is in last 2 months he had developed fever 4 times like firstly in march first week then it cured by antibiotic and paracetamol then again upto 25 march again cured in 3-4 days by antibiotic and paracetamol then again on 10 April and from yesterday also he is having fever but fully controlled by paracetamol he is very active in between the fever days as well as in fever days also he is active playing watching TV means from inside he is not having any problem but his body is hot which when given paracetamol comeback to normal child is completely active playing watching TV and all in between the fever days and in fever also fever completely cured in 3-4 days by paracetamol and antibiotic but why he is getting fever 4 times in last 2 months mean why fever is repeating after 15-20 days in last 4 months only fever is there no other issue child is not crying also he is busy in his activity but concern is why fever is repeating after 15-20 days in 2 months

Do temperature charting with thermometer. Keep him hydrated. He needs some routine blood tests Like CBC, ESR, CRP etc
