  4. Fever if 98. 1 degrees. Start crocin240?

Fever if 98.1 degrees
I checked her temperature using digital thermometer and its 98.1 at 9.50pm today. She puked once at 6.30pm. Does this mean that she has a fever and should I start crocin240?

No need for medicines unless fever is above 99.5. no treatment needed. If she feels hot, do sponging with tepid water first. Observe for other symptoms
