Getting fever 104 and dark brown cough from 4 to 5 days can it be symptoms of COVID-19 and flu please help

Go to covid dedicated testing center. avoid unnecessary panic. If covid tes not do certain tests as I will be advising.
Next Steps
Tests t done  CBC , Chest X-ray or better to do HRCT Chest..CRP level and D Dimers.
Health Tips
Monitor Spo2 level.. if symptoms worsen get admitted to near center as soon as possible.

You need to do covid test to confirm covid19,but first check spo2 level near doctor and cbc and chest x ray.chance of pneumonia are more

High fever with brown sputum suggests pneumonia...please have a check on ur breathlessness , giddiness....better to get investigated as early as possible....so that it will be treated better
