My kids is having snoring cough and fever..doc prescribed arththymycin and whenever is having fever heartrate goes upto 160 and breathing is 29 per minute

Fever can cause increase in heart rate and breathing. Just give paracetamol to control fever , there is nothing to worry. Snoring can be because of nasal blockage so you can give nasal saline drops to your baby. Keep the child hydrated, offer feeds frequently. Monitor his activity and frequency of urine. If he looks fine when he is not having fever, you don't need to worry.

We should know the normal HR RR, Though normal range is there ; every baby is unique..
This HR RR are normal no need to worry .
Cough syrups may increase the only heart rate ; it will subside after few hours.

Fever itself can cause an increase in both heart rate and respiratory rate. Clinically, if your child is active, feeding well, comfortable, and has no lethargy or breathing difficulty, there’s usually no need to worry.
For an 8-month-old baby with fever, a heart rate around 160 can be normal, and the respiratory rate you mentioned is within the normal range as well

What ever complaints you said it depends on how many days the fever to decide whether its viral or bacterial . As per me it looks like viral uri as it has snoring and cough.
Dnt worry for increase heart beats and increase respiratory rate it increases when there is a temperature. It will become alright as the child comes out of fever.
