Fever headache
My brother has take a bath in mountain water and then walk around in sunlight then after that he feel tried and after checkup the doctor says he has liver Sewelling and urine infection the 3 days treatment is going on on 1st day of treatment the fever has gone aways till the next day but after the second day suddenly fever come at 103 degrees then jugmon(paracetamol) is given by doctor and now on 3rd day in morning the fever come and didn't stop after give the paracetamol capsule to him thr fever become 100.3 and after 5 min this keep increase 100.5 and 100.8 now the doctor give him in treatment antibiotics and paracetamol in drip from rl and dns

He can't have liver swelling and kidney infection by taking bath in a river. Please consult a General Physician in your area. He may ask for a few investigations and treatment started as per the findings. He will be all right. But please go to a qualified doctor who practices his own system of Medicine.
