Fever, Headache, Lower back pain

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hello, Today morning I suddenly started having body pains and headache post that my body temperature started increasing to around 101°f. I had dolo650 and post lunch I took Azithromycin. The temperature went down for sometime but it raises again later not as high as before it is fluctuating between 99 to 100°f. There is no improvement on headache and lower back pain. Can you please guide me through this situation. Regards, Yethendravarma

Are you having any other symptoms? Like throat pain, cough, loose motion etc. if no then do following tests CBC, PSMP, Dengue NS1. You can take calpos 3-4 times a day. Continue Azee for three days as you have already started. Please remember Azee is an antibiotic and you should not self medicate it. It can result in adverse effects and antibiotics resistance.
