My child has fever in the evening been coughing for 5 days and now has headache and pain in the ear ..has cold and blocked nose

Plz check is ur child having pus discharge from ears......u can start syp. Sinarest 7.5 ml three times a day.....plz consult nearby paediatrician.....to rule out chest and ear infections...
