Fever from last 4days
My son getting fever frequently from last 3 months today we had Widal test it's showing below results.
Salmonella typhi O is 1:80
Salmonella typhi H is 1:80
Salmonella paratyphi AH is 1:40
Salmonella paratyphi BH is 1:40
ESR 11 mm/he
Is any abnormality in report.
Please help on above report.

Absolutely normal.
Most fevers in children are viral in origin and take 3-7 days to subside completely.
If not accompanied by any other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,just give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
Blood tests are needed ONLY if fever is continuously occurring for more than 5 days.
