My brother is having fever since 4 days he has consulted online with a doctor he had advised for COVID test which we got done and results is negative he is taking Dolo
but there is no relief can Any doctor plz suggest shud he take antibiotics now or what
shud we do. He is having 99 to 100 fever and body ache. Plz help

In my clinical practice , the most common causes of such type of fever is malaria or dengue or chikungunya or common cold or typhoid. So accordingly u need to check & take treatment at the earliest.... Dr Rupal (Senior Consultant Physician) Mumbai
