Having fever between 99 to 100 since 30 days. If antibiotic is taken then fever goes down. Typhoid was detected 20 days back and taking Zifi 200/Zifi O since then with paracetamol, montek lc and bedex forte and citzine

I would like to know more symptoms. Also, temperature between 99 and 100 is not considered fever. There are specifications depending at what time of the day it occurs.
Also duration of about 3 weeks and just fever doesnt ho with the diagnosis of typhoid.

To be frankly sure, go for a blood culture instead.
But before that, I'd like to see your temperature charting as well.
Taking unncessary antibiotics would create problem for your gut.
