Fever every evening

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I have fever since last 18 days.since last 7days I was diagnosed with typhoid widal 1:200 both H and O.now on cefexime 400 bd n ofloxacin 200 bd.still get fever in evening around 100 n self subsides in an hour.esr increased from 31 to 96.crp 56 to 68.daily night sweats.blood culture sent now.pls help?
