  4. Fever every day night. The same at home?

Fever every day night
My child is getting fever every night when he is in sleep. I observed it from last three days. In day time he is good and playing well. My observation is In nights after 1 am he is getting fever (temp is very high). What should I do for this? Is there any remedy to solve the same at home?
