Sir i am getting fever daily i am tuberclosis patient not mdr tb but i am getting fever daily eating medicines since 2 months now afb is negative but why i am getting fever i am posting my xray after two months of tb treatment please tell me is fever coming with this xray normal

May need to evaluate further with sputum gene xpert for alternative diagnosis if any, your x-ray is not shown ,need to know about the comorbidities if any like uncontrolled sugars etc, when the treatment was started what was the sputum reports etc needed for further evaluation and treatment
