Fever cough cold
My baby is 3 months old. She is facing cough and sneezing today. I checked her temprature it is 99,° in armpit. Should i give her crocin drops?

Paracetamol is given when fever is 100 or more °F . It's a symptom which is mostly due to underlying infection/sepsis in children. But your doctor should examine the baby before prescribing necessary medicines (to rule out the underlying etiology/serious infection) with or without required investigations.
