  4. Fever cough and cold. Anything worried?

Fever cough and cold
Last 24 hour my 2 year old son suffering from fever cold and cough.i gave him paracetamol 250 but after six hours again fever came and temperature 102-103.and i also gave him levolin.what to do now?still i did not gave him antibiotic.is it anything worried ?sir please help me

We need to make a video call to see your two year old and ask you a few questions . At the same time temperature control is surely important which you are already doing with paracetamol. Keep him in fresh air, clothings loose , give him bath , make him drink more water. These are methods of keeping hydrated & cool but do book an early appointment please
