Fever cough 2 days for 3 year old
My son 3 yrs is having fever and cough since 2 days. Fever ranging 101, diagnosing with crocin and ascoril ls please suggest as fever is reoccurring

Most fevers in children are viral in origin and take 3-7 days to subside completely.
Just give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
For cold and cough,give steam inhalations 4-5 times a day,use decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
