Fever comes and go... for 4 day

Asked for Male, 35 Years

I have a symptoms of fever since 20.09.2020. i am taking medicine from local doctor. He is giving me medicine of high dosage but my fever is not stopping and now i am feeling pain in all my body and i also done some tests report of which i am also enclosing with this... my stools are now coming very light and frequently. i am also feeling cold when sitting below fan.... My widal and maleria report is negative. i am also sweating a lot plz prescribe some medicine for me🙏
