First of all i advise you to drink clean warm water and steam for blocked nose
Also ur appetite may be low so keep having small meals
Use ors to maintain hydration
And dont start antibiotic without consult

Hi., I can understand your concern
It can be due to mild respiratory infection.
You can take
Tab montek lc at night after food
Tab azee 500 once a day before food
Tab pan 40 twice a day before food
Syp. Ambrolite s 5ml
All for 5 days.
