  4. Fever cold loose motion. I see a doc?

Fever cold loose motion
My boy is 8 month old. He had a little cold and running nose for few days. Today he had 100.3 temparature and we gave him medicine. Late night fever came back 101.7 gave medicine again then temp was normal. Found watery loose motion in diaper. Breathing Sound while sleeping. Should i see a doc?
