Fever cold
Hello Doctor, I’ve been experiencing a fever for the past night. My temperature has been consistently around 100 F/°C. I’m also feeling weak, tired, and occasionally have chills and body aches. There’s no rash, but I dont have a slight headache and but have a sore throat. I haven’t taken any antibiotics, only paracetamol, which gives temporary relief. I havent traveled recently or but came in contact with someone sick, as far as I know. Could you please suggest what this might be and whether I need any tests or medications? I’d appreciate your guidance for the next steps.
