Fever chills and dry cough

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have fever around 102 from 6 days , which fluctuates and chills , I already took paracetamol and augmentin 625 but to no effect . I also developed blisters around lips after having fever for 5 days. I still have fever and chills . Does it look like a viral fever and do viral fevers last for so long.
