Fever,body pains and diarrhea
My sister is suffering from high fever(104), diarrhea,body pains and weakness but my parents are not having any symptoms.are these covid symptoms or any?she had dengue and typhoid tests also but all of them are negative and doctor said she got UTI.Are these symptoms due to covid or due to UTI?

The history needs to be more clear. If there is any contact with covid positive or symptomatic people then it could be due to covid. If she has fever with chills then it could be UTI
