Weakness can be due to several reasons. Need multivitamins if it's just weakness. Also need tests for specific diagnosis

Reports could be false negative.
Check his spo2, temp, BP, sugar levels.
If fever (>100) persist for more than 2 days than consider getting repeat RTPCR along with se blood test to rule out covid and other causes.
Is fever associated with headache/lethargy/cough/diarrhoea??
