I've been suffering from fever since the past two days. Followed by vomiting from yesterday. I puke everything I ate.

hello there. not sure whether I understand your situation, what is your question? for fever and vomiting there could be many reasons. more detailed history required. suggest you meet your doctor and explain him, get examined and then take it from there. regards
