Fever and throat pain since Saturday
He is suffering from fever since Saturday. He consulted a doctor he prescribed him 3 days medication. As he takes medicine fever goes off but after 5-6 hours again he gets fever also he has pain in his throat. From last night he has 2-3 red spots on his neck area. Please tell

Hi I can understand your concern since the issue persists more than 3 days need to plan for investigation.
Check for CBC Widal mp qbc urine complete
For now you can use tablet paracetamol 650 , tab chymoral forte 3 times a day before food for temporary release also use betadine gargle.
Need to start antibiotics like Azithromycin if the issue persists
