My son is feeling fever and running nose problem often. what may be possible reason? Is it symptoms of malaria?

Mostly symptom of viral illness. Use paracetemol 15mg per kg 4 times a day for 3 days and syrup mantra . If it is so severe can use otrivin drops one drop each nostril twice a day for 3 days. Be aware of COVID also
