Its been a 1 day my fever and body ache not gone after taking covidshield vaccine Can i take Ibugesic plus for fever and pain And i am feeling weakness also What should I do can i take Ibugesic plus

Dear it very common after vaccine for fever and body ache …. You can take regular analgesic like paracetamol or ibuprofen… within 48-72 hours it will settle down .. nothing to worry
