Hello Doctor, i am suffering from acute pharyngitis and taking treatment for that but i am just curious to know with normal dolo 650, temperature doesn't come down, it's like completely ineffective but if i take zerodol SP, then fever reduces gradually to normal. What's the reason that normal paracetamol alone is not working??

You should be happy that you know what suits you.
Zerodol is a good combination but out of the three ingredients it is Paracetamol which is the most effective medicine to control fever. Aceclofinac has some effect.
But then, you take it because it suits you.
