Acute diarrhea with fever
I am having acute diarrhoea with fever. Temperature is near 100. I have recovered from covid in the month of may. According to the RTPCR report i am negative from 19th may 2020. Could you please help me out... Thank you.

Maintain proper fluids, take electrol or coconut water for electrolytes imbalance, you can take tab O2 for 3 days BD. Paracetamol for fever. Do not take heavy meals.
