Greetings , Omnacortil has stroids. Not a right drug. Give Furoxone half tsf tds. ORS IS main item keep feeding the child every 2hours. No need to give metacin because once infection is treated , temperature will not rise. Take care of hygiene. Wash hands before and after you handle child. Don't forget immunization. Weaning can be started after 3- 4 months. Help your child to be active. Play music. Colourful pictures on walls keep  him Happy.
