Fever and little cough
My child is 1.7 years old, suddenly he got fever and little cough. Kindly tell us the solution or if any home remedy to reduce fever

Hi! Must measure temperature with thermometer Do a temperature charting Give paracetamol if temp > 100 If feverish but <100 then can do tap water sponging

Observe for development of any other symtoms, feeding and activities. If in alterations in these things sick help of a doctor or consult online

Give paracetamol every four hours . If fever is persistent do tepid sponging
