Fever and headache past 3 days

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have fever from past 3 days and headache ..i have taken 1 tablet of dolo..after that i have taken aceloflam plus 4 tablet in 3 days.. fever just got down but again its repeating light fever and headache ...kindly guide what i have to do
