Today she got fever and head ache I gave here calppal 500mg. Are shall I give any other medicines like, asthlin syrup or nebulizer with asthlin liquid

No,don't give anything else. Use syp crocin-DS 7.5 ml for fever and headache,repeat 4 hourly if required.
