Fever and gum swelling
For past 2 days my son 24 months old, 10.5 kg is having fever. Giving paracetamol p 120 , 5ml. He is having gum swelling now. He drooled a lot during day 1 but now it's not there. Is gum swelling normal

Yes majority times normal only. If fever persists and doesn't respond to paracetamol then do consider a consultation.

Hello,paracetamol dose for him will be ..6 ml .seems like viral fever …you can repeat paracetamol 4-6 hourly . For Gum swelling ,no need to worry .if there is no bleeding .You can give ibupara syrup ..4.5 ml ,if temperature more than 101 f
