Fever and cough
Son having Fever and cough since last night. Gave p250 5 ml at 3 am today. Fever hasn't reduced yet. Shall I increase the dosage to 10 ml of p250 ?

No.You should not double the dose of paracetamol. Paracetamol dose is 15mg/kg/dose.Max 60mg per day. Along with PCM ,start syp Mephthal

Paracetamol is given according to the body weight 15mg/kg . check his weight. p250/5 ml is for the weight around 16.5 KG.As he is 9 years old ,I assume he weighs more and may need  more.per dosage

If fever hasn't reduced in 4 hours after giving paracetamol then he should be given cold sponging with tap water. Most probably he has Viral fever. Viral fevers don't respond to paracetamol quickly. Please also get his CBC and Dengue serological tests done.
