Fever and cough
My son is 2 yrs 9 month old he is having fever since 2 days and cough also. After giving dolo250 mg fever downs but again fever comes, it goes to 102f. Plz suggest

History incomplete. Give pyracetamol 15 mg per kg. 125 mg per 5ml sos. Do not overdose. It is toxic to kidneys.

He needs physical check and blood tests as fever is very high. Please visit a pediatrician.
