My child suffer fever and dry cough from deep throat from 3.30am. Fever from Thursday afternoon Friday consult child doctor, doctor gave paracetamol oral solution ofloxacin oral solution and some tablets then Fever cured again fever started 3.30am with cough

Symptoms for your baby shows possibility of severe pharyngitis
Oral antibiotic is mandatory
It takes 3-4 4 days of medications to get fever control
If high fever spikes even after 3 days need review by dr
Chlorhexidine gorgles or mouth wash mayhelp if possible
