Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You can give her 250mg of paracetamol thrice a day after food.
Give her plenty of fluids.
It should reduce in a day or two, if it doesn't, you will have to take her to a pediatrician for further evaluation and management.
She might need antibiotics at that stage.
Best regards.

You are doing the right thing, just maintain a gap of 6 hours between 2 doses of crocin (250mg/5ml) if there is continuous fever. Assuming she is around 12 kg, needs 3.5ml per dose.
Viral infections of upper respiratory tract are the most common cause of high grade fever, cough and runny nose in children. Antibiotics won't work in such cases. Only if child continues to have high grade fever on 3-4th day of illness or if there is difficulty breathing or child's activity is affected (when not having fever), a visit to a doctor is required to ascertain the need of antibiotics.
For cough, you can use home based remedies or any over the counter syrup like Syp. Relent plus 2.5ml twice daily.
