Fever and cough

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I have fever and cough since three days. A doctor recommended to have Azithromycin and crocin. Had for three days. The fever came down a bit yesterday but today its back and now I have cold as well. Please suggest which doctor should I visit? A general physician or any specialist? Thanks.
